• Provides protection against any damages caused by backed-up drains.

Building Structure Reimbursement Extended Limits Endorsement

• Extends the limits of liability applicable to the building by 20% or 40%.

Extended Premises Amendatory Endorsement

• Extends liability coverage for 2-4 family dwellings
• All 2-4 family dwellings are required to purchase this endorsement
• Extends liability to Vacant land

Yard and Garden Endorsement

• Provides coverage for trees, plants, and shrubs as well as debris removal when there’s no damage to home.
• Up to 1,000 per tree, shrub, or plant.

Home Day Care Coverage

• Provides limited coverage for those who are operating a daycare center out of their home.
• Maximum coverage will be determined by the property zip code.

Golf Cart Coverage Endorsement

• Provides coverage for a golf cart owned by an insured.

Roof Surfaces Extended Coverage Endorsement

• Removes limitation on a loss to roof surfaces by wind and hail.

Identity Theft Endorsement

• Provides reimbursement for covered expenses caused by identity theft.

Extended Coverage On Sports Equipment Coverage

• Provides payment for sudden and accidental direct physical loss to equipment.

Electronic Data Recovery Endorsement

• Provides reimbursement for expenses to restore or replace data.

Extended Coverage on Musical Instruments Endorsement

• Provides payment for loss of all types of musical instruments and accessories relating to the instrument.

Extended Coverage on Cameras Endorsement

• Provides payment for loss to most types of cameras and articles of equipment related to cameras.

Green Improvement Coverage – Reimbursement Endorsement

• Provides additional payment for excess cost incurred for green improvements.

Building Code Coverage

• Provides protection for increased cost of complying with building codes after a covered loss.

Scheduled Personal Property

• Provides all peril protection for valuable personal property (i.e. jewelry, cameras, musical instruments, fine arts, firearms, etc.)
